In social studies we are learning about landmines, it costs about $3.00 to make a landmine and up to $3 000.00 to remove from the ground. There is about 110 million landmines in the ground scattered around the world and 250 million mines stock piled across the world.
Landmines are really dangerous and alot of inacent people have died by them. In those countries that have landmines could be walking on a trail and the landmine would blow up. Good thing that Canada doesn't have landmines, Canada doesn't have landmines beacause their has been no wars in Canada.
