In math today we learned how to add integers. When you add two positives you get a positive answer. If you add two negatives you get a negative answer.

But what if you add a positive and a negative. Well lets say you have

(+5) + (-3) well you have to cancel out 3 positives with the negatives so you have (+2) left.
